2019 Gala

On Monday, November 18 the Tourette Association of America (TAA) honored David Begnaud, Lead National Correspondent at CBS This Morning. It was a powerful evening at Capitale in the Bowery, NYC, where hundreds of individuals came out to support the Tourette Syndrome (TS) community. Like Begnaud, keynote speaker Jumaane Williams, the Public Advocate of New York City, and Youth Ambassadors Jordan and Mia gave moving speeches. The evening also featured special performances by Michael Wolff, jazz pianist and recording artist. The gala, which is the largest fundraising event held by the TAA each year, serves at the heart of the TAA’s mission to make a difference for all individuals and families living with TS and Tic Disorders.

Thanks to generous donors, the event raised over $900,000 to support our important work.

Thank you
