Michael Bamberger has a broad background in constitutional law, intellectual property and media law (both from the counseling/transactional and litigation perspective), corporate and securities law and business law.
Michael is one of the leading First Amendment lawyers in the US. He has appeared before the US Supreme Court, nine federal courts of appeals, the New York Court of Appeals, federal and state trial courts, and the state supreme courts of Arkansas, Georgia, Colorado, Ohio, Virginia and Tennessee. A scholar on limited liability companies and partnerships, he has counseled and written widely on the subject, as well as taught the subject at both Cardozo Law School and the University of California, Berkeley, Law School.
He has challenged unconstitutional laws and governmental actions restricting the display, distribution and sale of books, periodicals, videos and online materials. His best known case is Hudnut v. American Booksellers, in which the federal district court in Indianapolis, the Seventh Circuit and the Supreme Court all struck down the MacKinnon/Dworkin “civil rights” anti-pornography law. An accomplished writer, Michael has published numerous articles on a wide scope of First Amendment issues.
Michael has represented the TAA pro bono since 1997, providing ample legal advice, guidance, and support.
Tim Howard is an analyst for NBC Sports’ Premier League coverage including Premier League Mornings, Premier League Live, and Goal Zone — pre- and post-match shows which appear on NBC, NBCSN and Peacock. Howard was named to his current role in August 2020.
A former Premier League and United States Men’s National Team goalkeeper, Howard made his broadcast debut with NBC Sports on Oct. 27, 2013 – while playing for Everton — joining Arlo White in the booth for a Chelsea-Manchester United match. Over the next two seasons, he commentated on numerous Premier League matches and studio shows for NBC Sports. Howard also served as an analyst on Turner Sports’ Champions League coverage from 2018-20.
Highlighting a more than two-decade playing career, Howard made 45 Premier League appearances with Manchester United (2003-06) before signing with Everton (2006-16), where he made a total of 414 appearances over 10 seasons with the club. Howard, the USMNT’s most-capped goalkeeper with 121 appearances, set a World Cup record with 16 saves in the United States’ 2-1 loss to Belgium in the 2014 World Cup Round of 16.
Howard also played nearly 200 Major League Soccer games with the MetroStars (1998-2003) and Colorado Rapids (2016-19). He is currently minority owner and sporting director for Memphis 901 in the USL Championship, where he also started four games in goal this past spring.
Nick Iadevaio has had a 32-year professional career that has spanned multiple industries and functions across Fortune 500 global companies. His professional colleagues, friends and associates know him as being passionate for his life’s vocation – to help others grow, develop and learn things about themselves, their passions and their potential. He is passionate about adding value to people.
He is currently VP Diversity + Inclusion at L’Oreal USA, a new journey for him in 2020 after almost 16 years leading HR strategy for multiple L’Oreal brands. Over the course of his L’Oreal journey he has successfully worked with, and developed employees from all levels: C-Suite, Senior-level executives, field/store level employees, as well as professional all professional functions such as marketing, finance, sales, IT, HR, Digital, Education, Distribution and Research and Development.
Over the course his professional career, his diverse industry and functional experiences across global companies have provided him with unique and interesting perspectives about organizations and the evolution of leadership. He has an intimate first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing today’s leaders operating in the global business environment. His specific areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership development, conflict management, cross-cultural communications, diversity and inclusion, global awareness and team building. He has successfully worked with all levels of employees from retail store employees to C-level executives.

He also works with multiple military veterans from all branches providing them the coaching they need as they transition back to civilian life.
Nick holds an MBA from Adelphi University, where he currently serves on the Willumstad Business School Dean’s Advisory Board, and is a guest lecturer and student coach. He has also recently been appointed to the Adelphi University President’s Advisory Council.
Nick received his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems, from Bentley University. He is a certified Human Resources Professional, and has completed the ACSTH Certification Course in Executive Coaching from the International Coaching Federation. He is also a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach and Speaker.
Nick has also taught Human Resources and Coaching at NYU-School of Continuing and Professional studies, and has served as L’Oreal USA Industry Advisory Board member for State University of New York – Fashion Institute of Technology.
He is very passionate about helping US Armed Forces Service Veterans. He has been a mentor, speaker and volunteer for such organizations as Veterans Across America, New Jersey American Legion, Rutgers University ROTC, Disabled American Veterans, Eastern Amputee Golf Association and New Jersey Salute Coalition.
Nick and his wife Susan have been married for 25 years and are Board Members and facilitators of Retrouvaille, an international organization whose mission is to coach married couples through crisis moments in their married lives. They are active in their local church, and currently live in Mineola, Long Island with their three children. In his spare time, Nick likes to be around his home, gardening, or doing home improvement projects. He volunteers with his children’s sports/activities and he loves to read and spend time with his family. He enjoys watching his son play college baseball, and watching his two daughters perform and dance at Marist College and in national high school dance competitions.
