Barbara Phillips is the Manager of Development at the Tourette Association of America. In this role, she implements fundraising plans and strategies related to corporate and foundation giving, and special events to secure funding in support of current programs and new initiatives.
Barbara works to identify foundation and corporate prospects to grow the organization’s funding base and expand the profile of the TAA.
Barbara has over 20 years of experience working in the non-profit sector in fundraising as well as a director of counseling and youth development programs. Prior to joining the TAA, she held positions at Northside Center for Child Development, Partnership for After School Education (PASE), and SUNY Old Westbury, to name a few.
Barbara is a graduate of Vassar College and the double Master’s Program at Teacher’s College of Columbia University in Counseling Psychology.
