Karon is a dynamic business development professional skilled in creating, executing, and managing innovative practices to engage strategic partners. With over 20 years of experience, she acquired a unique perspective and talent to develop and implement effective philanthropic programs and charitable investment opportunities. Karon is best known for being a result-oriented fundraiser who has an immediate, quantifiable impact on the nonprofit organizations that she has served.

In addition to her resource development-focused work with local and national nonprofits, Karon has spent over a decade as a management consultant. She provides capacity-building services in the areas of organizational development, marketing, and communications, fiscal management, business process, and infrastructure improvement. She works closely with organizations to transform themselves to a higher level of effectiveness, impact, and sustainability.

Karon received a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY College at Old Westbury.
