We are pleased to welcome Theodore Perdik to the Development team and Joseph Grappone to the Chapter and Support Services team!

Theodore Perdik is the Development Department Associate in charge of the organization’s “Team Tourette” as well as national Combined Federal Campaign partnerships with the United Way and Community Health Charities. Prior to working in the Development Department, Theodore worked for the Tourette Association for over two years as a Marketing and PR Intern. In this role, he worked closely with the Marketing team, providing creative, digital and social media support to advance the TAA mission. Theodore is a recent graduate of Hofstra University where he received his BA in Broadcast Journalism. He resides in Bayside, NY.

Joseph Grappone joins the Tourette Association as Chapter Manager and brings a wealth of nonprofit experience to this role. On a daily basis, he provides guidance, motivation and support for the Association’s network of 32 Chapters and 18 affiliated support groups, and advises key volunteers on leadership, management, programming, and fundraising. Prior to joining the Tourette Association of America, Joseph worked in sales and management for the American Red Cross. In this role, he had a number of notable achievements, including being the number one top sales revenue producer for the organization. Joseph has expertise in account development, performance management, and internal and external resource coordination. Joseph graduated from Baruch College with a BA in Business Administration and resides in Bethpage, NY.
