Britt O’Shea

Director, Digital Marketing & Communications

Britt is the director of digital marketing and communications at the TAA and brings with her more than a decade of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, and audience engagement. She has a proven track record of creating impactful campaigns that strengthen relationships, elevate brand visibility, and drive real change. Britt is at her best when doing mission-driven work. She’s known for her resourceful, outside-the-box thinking and her ability to craft unique marketing moments that leave an impression.

Britt earned her master’s degree in marketing management from Wilmington University and her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Westminster College. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, she currently resides there with her husband Ryan and dog Mack. When she’s not working, you can find her reading, spending time with family, cheering on the Steelers, or planning her next trip back to Ireland.
