Teens with Tourette Syndrome often struggle immensely with executive functioning skills – a crucial set of cognitive skills that help us complete tasks and control our behavior. The good news is that these skills can be taught, practiced, and mastered over time.
During this session, the concept of executive function will be explained to teens, including strategies to assist with skill sets like organization, time management, and working memory.
Participants are encouraged to grow in a constructive setting that acknowledges the impact TS can have on everyday activities. Are you ready to “get it together”?
