Mallory has a history of hands-on experience from her roles at high growth startups. Most recently she led the People function at 1stdibs. She was also the Head of HR at Hudson BLVD Group, a luxury beauty service company that managed DreamDry, Spruce & Bond and Pucker Makeup. Prior to that, Mallory was at Rent the Runway, where she partnered with the Engineering and Marketing departments, as well as the rapidly expanding Retail and Customer Service departments, while also supporting the new store openings across the US.
Mallory currently works as an HR Consultant with Gray Scalable, providing embedded support to clients, helping them to build and scale their HR practices. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, a Graduate from the University of Michigan (Oboe Performance – GO BLUE!) and the Smartly MBA program. In her free time she can be found training for a Spartan Trifecta and spending time with her Yorkies Butters and Loki.
Raised in Chicago and diagnosed with TS in 2006, Dan moved to New York City after graduating from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His involvement with the TAA dates back nearly ten years when he joined the TAA delegation in Washington D.C. to lobby members of congress to increase CDC funding for Tourette related research. He now works as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Katie graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2014, and has been both an advisor and a decision maker in corporate recruiting ever since. After holding positions at companies including MILLY and Rent the Runway, Katie joined Morgan Stanley as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator. She is now a Manager in MS’s recruiting department and oversees MS’s North America Investment Banking analyst recruitment efforts for schools including the majority of the Ivy League, Stanford, Duke and The University of Chicago.
