Heather Simpson Head Shot

Heather Simpson, OTD, OTR/L is an Occupational Therapist at UF Health Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases in Gainesville, Florida. Heather serves as the UF Health Tourette Center of Excellence Coordinator. Dr. Simpson has a pediatric specialty from the American Occupational Therapy Association and has been treating adults and children with tic & Tourette Disorders for over eight years. Dr. Simpson is an expert in occupational therapy management and CBIT for tic disorders. She has participated in multiple small research studies related to occupational and daily life functioning for those living with tic disorders. She is a member of the Behavioral Therapy Institute-TS faculty as recognized by the Tourette Association.
